Delete your StylHive account

StylHive, an apiary management app, published by the person named in the legal notice.

From the app

1. Open StylHive, on your phone or on the web, and sign in.
2. Tap My account, then Delete my account.
3. The screen tells you what will be deleted and what will be kept; it first offers to export your data.
4. Confirm with your password.

If you are the sole owner of an operation where other beekeepers work, hand it over to one of them first (Members screen): otherwise they would lose their work.

Without the app

Write to stylhive.support@proton.me from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Account deletion”. We check that the request really comes from you, then delete the account and confirm to you that it has been done.

What is deleted, what is kept

• Deleted: your account, your email address and your name; the operations where you are the only member, and everything in them.
• Kept: in shared operations, your entries remain, attributed to “Member removed” — they are part of the operation’s livestock register.
• Timescales: deletion takes effect immediately; permanent erasure follows within thirty days; encrypted backups are destroyed as they are rotated, within six months.
